the 14th..i went to school early to do some home work got most of it done and then went to class. had a pop quiz i made a 90 on! yay! did a group project to see how easy it is to mix up ingredients if you dont label them correctly. finished class and went home. got home played on the computer and went to bed.
yesterday... i woke up took a shower got dressed and sat around for a while then headed to school early so that i could get some work done but i only got about one section done went to class it was math so there wasnt that much to tell about i mean come one its math. so around 9 i left came home and got home around 10 or 1030 i watched tv and went to bed..
today.... today i had to get up at 6 so i could get ready for class, but i ended up getting up and ready at 7 a whole hour later so i had to leave at 730 and be in camden an hour later so i rushed to get there and forgot i wasnt supposed to wear flip flops but my teacher let me wear them so i wouldnt have to miss class. so he had a lecture, told us what were supposed to be doing, split us in to groups, and let us work. i made some different yeast breads. i made a professional looking keiser roll and every one told me they looked good. and my teacher chose mine to eat our hamburgers on and they were delicious. so after lunch we took a quick quiz and switched our stations and i got put on quick breads this time. i made some scones, oat meal cookies , and tried to make chocolate chip cookies and ended up putting too much four in them and had to throw them out.. but to be honest it was a LONG day but still pretty enjoyable. one mistake out of all that isnt that bad. but i learned about my future career. the chef told us that a baker or pastry chef will start work at 1 in the morning and wont stop til everything is done. well i dont mind what time i start i love baking and if waking up that early to do it i will. he also said that bakers are the worlds worst eaters because they have to eat on the go. so we cleaned up and grabed our breads and went home. i came home and told my family about my day and cooked spagetti with fresh home made french bread garlic toast which was wonderful. and now im just playing on the computer thinking about going to bed this early. lol
i dont really have that much to write do i?? its because i forget half the stuff that happens lol
